Light Agro Regenerative Structural Planning


P.E.A.R.L. designs a "backbone" or mainframe for your farm or homestead, (»5Ha), and presents in a very objective way, the location of all elements in a masterplan in GIS/SIG (qgis/qfield) + implementation budget and timeline* .xls (excel). Ideal for those who just need an initial structure.

This service lasts 3 to 4 months and is an excellent way to make sense of your project, economically!

Structural Agro Regenerative Project

P.E.A.R. (»50Ha) is our most complete service, and includes: full masterplan in GIS/SIG (qgis/qfield)  final infographics (project panel), simplified business plan, implementation budget and timeline* .xls (excel).


This service lasts from 6 to 12 months, and is an excellent investment for anyone who wants to install or improve a farm in a systematic, productive and regenerative way.



Implementations Coordination:

We organize planned interventions, articulate means, resources and manpower, in order to streamline field implementations. What is Terracrua Desig'n P.E.A.R. system?

Our approach and method is based on the creation of an agro-regenerative matrix or mainframe, and is inspired by the principles of Permaculture Design (B. Mollison and D. Holmgren), the Design Key-line (PA Yeomans) , Natural Agriculture (M. Fukuoka), Holistic Management (Allan Savory) and Biodynamic Agriculture (R. Steiner), can be applied in productive spaces and landscapes, in areas and areas with purely ecological functions, or for leisure spaces and pedagogical.

The Agro Regenerative Structural Planning (PEAR) analyzes and covers the entire landscape , projects, plans and arranges all the infrastructures necessary for the establishment of human activities, in deep balance with the ecological framework of each landscape or territory. The purpose of this service is to present the client with a " master plan" of strategies and processes to achieve its objectives, taking into account the information collected in the observation, survey and analysis phase.


  • It focuses on the integration of all invisible components of the landscape (natural and artificial), in a holistic plan of ecological architecture, covering the entire landscape;

  • It seeks to turn the natural conditions of the landscape into polyvalent “allies” of the landowner, through a plan for the management of natural resources;

  • Designs and plans all interventions in the territory, and its adjacent infrastructure plan, for maximum efficiency and low ecological, energy and financial impact in the short, medium and long term;

What does the Terracrua Design Mainframe entail:

  • A structural vegetation grid that recreates the glade phenomenon, to protect human structures and activities, while creating shelter for biodiversity, on the top of the hills, on the bottom of the valleys, on the perimeter, on access hedges, and on green corridors. This network of vegetation will also become a network of spontaneous flora and fauna. This vegetation mainframe will also maximize the rain and fog capture, and restore the water cycle, recharge aquifers and restoring the water sources.

  • A water network of dams, ponds, swales and forests that allow rain water to infiltrate on the landscape, following the S.S.S. principles, namely slow, spread and sink. Plantation patterns that host productive or forestry species, on a water efficient mainframe, maximize the success of the plantations and hold the rainwater runoffs.

  • A smart network of accesses, both roads and pedestrian tracks, that serve also as a water catchment tool, driving the surface rainwater runoff towards dams and ponds, avoiding the negative effects of erosion and soil loss, thus accumulating water for different purposes.

  • A infrastructure web that defines where from and where to water and energy have to go, protecting the water reserves and the energy supply, and decentralizing water areas for efficiency.

  • A structured grazing system, developed to allow extensive landscape grazing, creating the structural conditions for the fast recovery of  pastures.This system is based on the fast but controlled passage of the herds in small parcels, so their impact is better on grasses and soils, fixing more carbon and producing more quality pasture. 

  • A "light" intervention plan to structure the open landscape, where a grid embraces the shape of the earth, and gives it cohesion, and glade characteristics. These contour lines serve several functions such as: paddocking facilities, infrastructures, water retention, green corridors for vegetation, as well as access for maintenance.

  • Diversity in productive areas, polyculture and multilayered plantations. All productive zones would be diverse in species and layers, but focused in simple patterns that allow full mechanization for installation, management and cropping routines.
